This is a great old photo and if you know who the people are, please drop me a line. I found this print in a scrapbook kept by my great-grandfather, Paul Cottrell. The pictures near it in the book are from the mid-late 1950's.

Unfortunately, it has no markings or names, but appears to be some sort of proof print, since the original has an erratic black border, as if hurriedly printed and cut. It's likely taken somewhere in Oklahoma or Kansas, perhaps Great Bend, but that's a real guess.
