Way down at the bottom of the page, there's a calendar showing days on which I have posted. I've extended that by adding a select list entitled "This Day in Past Years." Some years won't have a posting for every day, but I thought it might be interesting to see what I was doing in years past.

Here's a sample for January 9th:

Only two out of the four years return postings for today.
